Golf ball shot spin how to question?

Can someone tell me a basic way to spin the golf ball when I shot like the pros do

to put spin on a ball you have to hit down on it. the way you do it is by hitting the ball while you make a divot

It is not important to spin the ball like the pros.  Greg Norman wishes he could not spin it.

Good luck,its a tough shot. If your a high handicap just practice on hiting it high and land soft. You will need to 'nip' the ball before the ground with your club. Thats why you have to come down on a sharper angle. If you watch the pros their divot is in front of the ball not behind. Takes a lot of practice and a patience. good luck

Using a high spin ball helps.  Place the ball in the back of your stance and hit down on the back of it.  Depending on your level of play, you don't want the ball to spin too much.  It may look cool, but if you don't hit it far enough, you'll spin your way out of a birdie chance.  I just want to get enough spin on the ball to make it stop.
