Golf caddy?

Question

how much money does a golf caddy usually get payed? this is the golf course http://www.evanstongolfclub.org/

Each club pays differently.  At most private clubs around Chicago you are paid a flat fee for the 18 hole round, plus a tip from the player.  I would guess at Evanston you would make around $30 or more plus tip so you could make a nice pile of dough over the summer if you apply yourself.  Go on over there and talk to the caddiemaster about it and see if he will hire you.

I worked at a higher end country club and beginning caddies averaged 40 a bag per round. Intermediate caddies got 50-55 a round. And honor caddies got anywhere from 50-70. It was all tips so it depended on the golfer. Most caddies would take 2 bags at the same time. So a caddie would made a good amount of money for 4 hours of work.

But all places are different. Some places the club pays u a set fee, other places its all tips
