  1. Well, best thing would be to check with any of the golf courses nearby where you live. Many golf courses today rely on golf carts, and don't use caddies.  However, there might be one that does.  Ask for the pro shop if you want to call first, and they will certainly be able to tell you what you need to do regarding your deisre to caddy.

Remember....most golfers that play whether it's a private club or a public golf course, they want a caddy that knows what to do. And some of the golf bags they might want you to tote are not light weight.  Think about it.

  2. well you'll have to know clubs by name, you'll have to know the course your going to caddy at pretty well and you might be asked for advice on which club to hit based on where the golfer is in comparison to the green. they also may ask you for help/advice on reading the green and putting. being a caddy doesnt cost you anything per say but you'll get paid and recieve tips if you're a good caddy. also the best place to find a caddying job is probably a local country club..not a public course, one you have to buy into in order to play on

  3. Hey, I have heard that caddying is a brilliant job. I would suggest to research it on the net and also maybe speak to a major golfing company. Good Luck.

    Have a good one...
