Golf cart turns but won't start and run?

Question

new battery, new plug, getting fuel, just turns over but will not run

Must be electrical then. Is the plug wire on? Both ends?

have you checked your wires and the electrics

Check to see if the plug is actually firing.Take it out of the head put it in the plug cap and hold it by the insulated cap against the metal of the head.Have someone turn the engine over and look for a spark.If it is, check the timing.
