  1. its your lock, so that's criminal damage.

    petty i know.

but if they're getting on like t**ts, why not.

  2. Why dont you just pay your friggin dues?

  3. 25 years over 10 pounds . wrong . guy acted out of turn and on his own , commitee  has to make decision . this is ballderdash . plus he owes you a lock . guy is a moron

  4. Most golf clubs have clear rules and guidance on this sort of thing. What do the club rules say?

If that doesn't help make a written complaint to the committee, even though they look after their own you can force them to try and justify these actions or at least apologise.

  5. if you can prove by canceled check or other means that you paid, you should ask to have them terminated.  Also this is an invasion of privacy.  You could file criminal charges against him, but that would get ugly at your club.  If you can't prove that you paid, my advise is to pay the amount due or find another club.

  6. There should be a Committee for unfair practices of Committee members. You people have almost as many committees as you do players. To cut a locker padlock, there is more to the story than is being divulged. . The action is reprehensible . There should have been a forewarning. What rule did you violate or which factor did you not pay that forced the action?

  7. It would depend on your clubs own rules.  It may be a rule that if you are delinquent they empty out your locker??  Seems if you have been there 25 years you should know what is acceptable and was is not.
