  1. 56 DEGREE SAND WEDGE FROM CARBITE GOLF. 45.99 NEW.

  2. My Gap Wedge (52*) is the club I use the most. I can use it from 100 Yds or around the green. I would suggest that club. Mine is a Titleist, kinda pricey, but well worth it.

  3. Instead of $70 for one Cleveland wedge, why not get all your bases covered for the same price?

    Adams Tom Watson 3-Wedge (Gap, Sand & Lob) Set - $69.98 - [ http://rockbottomgolf.com/adams-golf-tom... ]

    Take 10% off by entering Slick10Off during checkout, you get three good wedges for just over $60.

  4. well....considering that you do not mention te makeup of your clubs.....and you mention only wedges......the most natural assumption is that the normal progression would require a sand wedge.   As to cheap?????   I have found during the course of my life that any time I was looking to buy something the price was never cheap...If I was not looking for it...the price was always fine.    cheap is a matter of personal definition.....do the shoping ....find a price you are comfortable spending and buy it.  Don't ask someone else to decide what is cheap when it is your wallet that has to do the paying.

  5. 56* sand wedge.  You can open it up so it acts like a 60* lob or toe it in to reduce the loft.  I probably use my 56* the most, followed by a 60* lob, then PW, then 52* gap wedge.

  6. If you can only get one, go with a sand wedge.  It can be very versatile in the bunker as well as around the green.

    A sand wedge normally has a 56* loft which sits right in between a gap wedge and a lob wedge.

    U-wedge (utility wedge) is another marketing term for gap wedge.  Some companies call it A-wedge (approach wedge).

    Typical Wedge Loft

    ========

    Pitching Wedge = 48*

    Gap Wedge = 52*  (sometimes called Utility or Approach Wedge)

    Sand Wedge = 56*

    Lob Wedge = 60*

    Cleveland 588 SW for $69.99 at d**k's Sportinggoods.  You can't go wrong with the classic....  Good Luck!

  7. it depends on what you want to use it for mostly, chipping, pitches, full shots etc. a 56 sand wedge would most likely be the best for all of these, it can be used to chip, pitch, bunkers and full shots. as  for price go on ebay you can get a decent cleveland wedge for 15-25 bucks plus shipping. just research what you are buying before you get it.
