  1. YOU will need one of the TWO ~!~!

    cover or case ~!~!

  2. Never done it myself, but I think you probably need a travel bag just to protect your clubs from the baggage handlers and to keep the clubs from coming out of the bag.  I've seen how luggage gets handled......I can only imagine what could happen to your clubs.

  3. Check your local golf stores and see if they have some for rental.  I took my clubs to maui and rented a hard travel case from a local golf shop.

  4. Buy a travel Case dude,

My Golf Sets worth around £700! But to me it's priceless!

I ain't having some heavy handed monkey lugging it around the carriage of a plan unless it's in a protective case.

  5. u should buy a hard travel case, it will save your bag from being torn apart, and your clubs from getting damaged or stolen, if its locked in a travel bag chances are you are going to have them when you get off the plane... i picked one up for like $50 last year, they sell them at most sporting goods stores...

    best of luck

  6. It is worth it to get a travel bag to protect not only your clubs, but your golf bag as well.  Airline baggage handling can be brutal.  You don't have to buy a $200 Club Glove, you can get an adequate travel cover at Golf Galaxy or Golfsmith for around $30-$40 and it is well worth it.
