Golf commentator Commentator Query?

Question

In light of the recent European opens I was trying to find the name of one of the assistant/ground commentators who walks the course. I believe it is Julian Tutt? Fluent language and a true accent. I've been doing some googling' on him though but have not found any information of his commentating career. Whats the story? Very pure English accent and you would not mistake it. Any links on his career etc. would be much appreciated!
