  1. You probably have a driver with too low of a loft and too stiff of a shaft. You don't have the golf muscles the big boys do. Do you have access to another driver that has an 11 or 12 degree loft and a less firm shaft than you currently have? I think you'll see a huge improvement.

BTW, your school matches don't take place just on the tee you know. You may be putting to big of an emphasis on your tee ball. How's your chipping and putting? That's where you'll win your match.

  2. See your local pro, he'll have you hitting bombs in no time...

My tip, stay loose, never grip the club tightly, on a scale of 1-10 hold it on a 2, or imagine you are holding a little bird in your hand and you dont want to break its bones, that will give you clubhead speed which equals more distance.

  3. go to a driving range or golf course & pratice, practice, pratice

  4. the gentleman did answer your question . stay with you 3 wood you will use it 14 times , 12 will be in the fairway . 14 to 16 degrees . just as long  . straighter reolace driver with xtra wedge . or hybird drivers are hard to hit . 45 inch shaft at your age is just wrong , replace with wedge or hybird lower scores . i am pulling driver old guy with todays lofts on clubs sounds real stupid . cosidering 5 wedges . should help . good luck . thank you
