What's your largest score you've made on one hole?

I racked up a 10 on a par 5 last weekend in our club champs after losing my drive off the tee and following that up by putting my provisional out of bounds (I had initially managed to get the provisional down the fairway off the tee but got over ambitious in an attempt to salvage the hole).

I took 11 on a par 3 because i just couldnt hit the green and a nasty sidewind would just blow my ball into forever and beyond an then i did a 3 putt on the green. a bad day for me!

In a High school match 6 years back; partner on my team hit 3 strait out of bounds balls before he was smart enough to poke it down the center with a 7 iron.

Took a 14 on the hole.

my largest score is 17 strokes in a par 3 at a competition, it was when I was around 13 years old and quite difficult par 3...

i shot a 63 on a 9 hole par 27 course (it was my first time ever on a golf course)

It's hard to remember what my highest score is. I have made 10s in my time in competition.

I would say that 10 is my highest and it was in an official comp at my club.

Losing 6shots on one hole is a killer, but it is possible to still play under handicap.

I know someone who was playing off 16 I think and he shot a 13 on a par 5 in a comp and come back in about 10over, after losing 8shots on one hole
