Golf lessons PLZ hlp?

where is a good place in the garland dallas area where i can get good cheap golf lessons. some training aids that can cure my slice fast would be helpfull aslo. thanks

For the slice,

Quit coming over the top and start coming under from the bottom.   Look at your alignment, guarantee it is bad like most players.

Put clubs down on the range EVERYTIME you practice.  The pros do, so should you.   You are slicing for 2 reasons.  1.  club is swing left of the target and your club face is open.  

Fix that with clubs on the range and your slice will go away.  It's geometry!

if u hook it u arent twisting your wrist so right on your down swing twist your wrist

slice the club face is open or u are twisting it way to much

try not to hit as hard as u can just hit the ball and if u hit it as hard as u can it will go shorter than just hitting the ball

Are you kidding? Garland is close to some of the best municipal golf courses. This translates into good teachers as well.

Try Sherrill Park or Firewheel. They have good deals on lessons. You can also drive up 75 to Plano and try the PGA Superstore guys or Golfsmith teachers.

Remember, every teacher will give you a 15 minute lesson FREE. you just have to ask. Do that and find a teacher you mesh with. You'll know as soon as you meet him.

If you meet the right teacher for your learning style, a slice is very easy to fix.

The PGA Superstore in plano has a 6 lesson plan for $125. It might have gone up since I got it, but it's dirt cheap. They try to sell you clubs every lesson, but it's a lesson!
