Golfing waterproofs?

when playing golf should you put your waterproofs over the clothes you already have on, or do you just wear them normally with nothng under

depending on the weather when you start if its pouring down before you tee off just wear the waterproofs.

That is a very good question.  It is best that you for one, keep your rain clothes in your bag.  Then when it becomes necessary, you have them and can just put them over what you have on.  In most cases the rain gear is light weight and won't effect how you swing.  The other reason to put them on over your existing clothes is you never know when the rain is going to stop and this way when it does, you can just remove them and you have your nice clothes (dry) to play again in.

Keep your rain gear in your bag until it actually starts raining.  Then just put it over your regular clothes.
