Bayern Munich team trainer Jupp Heynckes will be pleased to hear on the injury front as star player Mario Gomez has returned to the playing field following a long lay-off on the treatment table due to an ankle injury. This was
the striker’s first game of the current campaign, after sustaining an ankle problem in an offseason game.
The prolific attacker staged a comeback in a friendly fixture against fifth-division side Falke Markt Schwaben on Tuesday, and played the entire game as he aided his side secure a 6-0 victory scoring four goals in the process.
He suffered an ankle problem before the start of the campaign and went under the knife to get the issue sorted.

that his goal tally should not be the focal point of the news, as the opponents were not that strong.
"I’ve not been away for six years. We shouldn’t read too much into this. They weren’t the toughest opponents," the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/VfB-Stuttgart-c40879 striker was quoted as saying in an interview.
The frontman is looking forward to take part in his side’s league game against Nurnberg. The away match is on Saturday and Gomez feels he can at least get a place on the bench. However, team trainer Jupp Heynckes will be reluctant
to take the striker with the squad to their trip to Nurnberg.
"There's no decision as yet about his availability for Saturday," the former Athletic Bilbao, Real Madrid and Schalke 04 head coach finally concluded.
The head coach suggested that he is yet to decide over the player’s inclusion in the team and will make a decision at the eleventh hour. Der FCB are currently leading the Bundesliga table with 30 points.
