What kind of school supplies do i need.

Just bring a backpack, pens and pencils, and a binder with paper. If you need anything else your teachers will let you know. They usually tell you on the first day.

Any school supplies you use in high school, bring to college. Depending on your major, you might need a certain type of calculator, graphing paper, or art supplies, but you can pick those up once you find out. There's probably a Target or Wal-Mart near you, if not, the University Bookstore will have everything you need.

You'll need pens, pencils, and notebooks for every class... and, of course, a bag to carry it all in. Have fun!

My first year of college I went out and bought a binder with paper and an extra spiral for each course, pencils, pens, etc. Only to find out that I would never use/need all that for my classes. I assume you mean college freshman. I would recommend not buying much (other than maybe a backpack, a spiral and pens) until you receive your syllabus from your professors. Then you can assess what you would need for that particular course. I did find it VERY handy to purchase a tape recorder for classes. Most lecture courses I found it hard to hear or very distracting so I began taping them so I could go back and listen to things I didn't understand or hear. I'm also a Spanish major and this has helped in those classes just to get a better feel of the language and the different dialects spoken.

I'm sure I was the only guy I saw using a highlighter, but it made life a lot easier when it came to studying for tests. So def bye a few of those.
