The prolific Argentine striker opened the scoring for Real Madrid in their latest La Liga fixture and refused to get into speculations regarding his future during the season.
Higuain has been linked with a move away from the Spanish giants, with Italian giants, Juventus, becoming the latest side to publicly voice their interests in acquiring his services.
Reflecting on the transfer speculations, the 24-year-old reaffirmed his desire to stay with the Santiago Bernabeu-based outfit and insisted that he is focused on the current season with the capital club.

The Argentine international opined that Real Madrid have seen an attitude change over the years, stating that they would lose such heated away fixtures a few years ago, but have overcome their nerves and are more composed under Jose Mourinho.
"It was a very difficult match, but what matters is that we won, kept the winning streak going and the advantage of ten points," he continued.
"In previous years, these are the kind of matches we would have lost. Winning the game was important because each week, there are less games and opportunities to gain three points."
Real Madrid manager, Jose Mourinho, was pleased with the performance of his players who came from behind and took all three points away from Los Verdiblancos.

After their La Liga adventures, Real Madrid return their focus to UEFA Champions League as they welcome CSKA Moscow to the Santiago Bernabeu in midweek.
