The Real Madrid attacker has reiterated his desire to stay with Real Madrid despite strong interest from English Premier League giants Chelsea.
Higuain was linked with a move with a January switch to Premier League outfit http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786, but the attacker had mooted such rumours.
His father had said while talking to media:
"At Real Madrid nobody has been talking about wanting to sell Gonzalo, and he also does not have any intention of leaving. In fact the idea is to continue the relationship until his contract expires in June 2016," he explained during the chat, although he added that should Madrid declare his son surplus to requirements, there would be no shortage of suitors.

"If someone told us that we are no longer welcome [at Madrid], I am sure that the offers would not be bad."
However, following the attacker's goalscoring outing against Granada last night, the attacker is once more in the news, being linked with a switch to the Stamford Bridge.
Andre Villas-Boas' men are struggling in the league and as it stands, they run the risk of missing out on UEFA Champions League football next season.
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Didier-Drogba-c11044 is on a downhill ride, in the twilight of his career.
A move for Higuain, who has natural goalscoring ability, as evident by his 82 goals in 143 league appearances for Real Madrid, would certainly help cure Chelsea's goalscoring woes.
