- what is your site topic

- what is your site traffic

- is your site mentioned in media (TV, magazines, etc)

- how loud is the buzz for your site

- who are the users of your site and how desirable are these users

- what is your domain name (a single word domain is more valuable than this-is-my-domain-name.tv site)

- do you have a subscriber or user database as some buyers are more particular about that

Without knowing the above, it is impossible to give you a decent valuation or estimate of how much your site is worth
