Question:

Good, cheap bowling alley in Los Angeles

I recently tried to go bowling on a Friday night at a bowling alley in Culver City. Even this nasty place in the middle of nowhere was expensive...I think it was 20 bucks a person.

So I'm thinking about going during the week, as I assume the rates are better. Does anybody have any recommendations for decent looking lanes in LA, preferably close to Hollywood. I've always enjoyed Lucky Strike, but it's even more expensive.

  1. Once you go to Lucky Strikes, every other bowling alley seems like a dump.  The food and bar drinks at Lucky Strikes attracts the most attractive people, the woman are outright beautiful - true foxies.  Unfortunately, there are no high-class bowling alleys out there which can match Lucky Strikes at Hollywood & Highland.  I'd forego wasting your time in seeking out a cheaper bowling alley.  Once you experience the best high class bowling alley, there's nothing out there, that's close -- that matches.

    Good luck!
