Good, healthy sleepover food? (on diet)?

i'm on a diet to lose weight, and i will be having sleepover for two days.

so naturally, i have to be off my diet and serve them good food.

what should i do?

and i do not want to prepare food or anything.

i want it prepared!

  1. Noodles and Company has some healthy dishes. As a dessert or movie watching food, try air-popped popcorn and let your guests add their own toppings, flavourings, etc. For a snack or even dinner, try fondue. You can have cheese or chocolate (or both!) and a variety of things to dip. Try some strawberries, broccoli, or even cut up and cooked meats, like hot dogs. It's ok to indulge yourself occasionally, and try to enjoy your friends' company. :)
