Good, inexpensive frame place in Los Angeles/Glendale area?

Looking for recommendations for a good custom poster frame place in the Glendale/LA area? Low prices would be great, but quality of work is more important.

There is a place that does very good work in Glendale, but the name escapes me.  It is on North Glendale Ave (no, not Aaron Bros.) a couple blocks south of Virgil's hardware.  I believe ther is a hair salon next door with parking in back.

Edit:  Did a quick search.  Their name is Frame Pros and are at 418 N. Glendale Ave.

Ask a local painter where they get their paintings framed.  We have a local guy in Ojai Valley but to find him is word of mouth. Stay away from chains. You can also make one yourself out of textured wood, molding, and have the hardware store cut the angles.
