Good, reputable Russia News sources?

Question

Can someone (Russian preferably) please point to me some good, reputable Russia News sources that are based in Russia and are either neutral or Russia-leaning(not pro-American) in the English language?

is probably one of the best sources but its in Russian so have a good translator website handy.

Well, the previous answer of Russia Today would have a hard time of being accused of being neutral, seeing how it is funded by the Kremlin. I would highly recommend www.themoscowtimes.ru

This is the most popular English language paper in Russia and has been in print for 15 years now. It is a joint venture with Russian and Finnish? partners.
