What is the best airline to take from JFK to the LA area?

best airline....priced wise?  or comfort wise.

this market is special.  a nonstop flight from JFK to LAX on united for example, should have nicer seats than a connection via chicago on the same airline.  

It is called "PS service"  i am not sure if american airlines or delta has this same service for their JFK-LAX flights.  This goes for SFO-JFK too.  it is likely to be more money this way i think

Air Boeing, or Airbus Airlines are the best. Try them.

I've always heard positive comments about American Airlines' trans-con. service. Apparently though, it's been going down hill lately. I would say that United, Delta, Continental or even JetBlue would be good. I'd stay away from Northwest though!

use jetblue its cheap but doesn't lackquality like southwest. it has direct tv xm radio. and there food is better than anyother domestic airline. they serve chips and sodas donuts coffee and other things i cant remember. not just a small bag of peanuts. you can also use united or delta but its not as fun and isnt as cheap

This is only a 6 -7 hour flight, any of the major airlines are just fine, unless you are flying first class, the seats will all be about the same.  Really depends on the type of plane and the updates, ex: type of entertainment system, and seats.  The plane used one day might have been updated differently than the plane used the next day.
