as you know, yes: BACK TO SCHOOL SHOPPING TIME:)

my parents are giving me 160-210.

is that enough considering ive got 2 older sisters who are shopping junkies and have A TON brand name clothing and just recently spend 500 INLEAST each on new clothes?

It's enough if you know how to shop and get the best deals. I went to Kohls and Ross and found a pair of Van's  at Ross for 16 bucks and at Khol's they were 45 plus tax. The same exact pair!
