1. Not sure of what song your looking for, but Shakira's "eyes like yours" (ojos asi) and all of it's remixes are really good for belly dancing...

  2. What about the Arabian song from the Nutcracker Ballet. It has no singing and is fit for this arabian dance. There is a chinese song too.

    Hope I helped!!!

  3. Incantation-Cirque du Soleil

  4. Well Aladdin doesn't have would be considered "Arabian" music in it at all. It's all westernized music based loosely on a long tradition of stereotyped orientalism. There are lots of really great Arabian / bellydance songs. I would suggest doing a search for instrumental bellydance if you only want instrumentals with no singing. Also my personal favorite is alf layla wa layla by Om Kalthoum and it's available in more modern versions both instrumental and including vocals. If you really like sinuous sounds produced by instruments like flutes you should search for music with nai (various spellings like nay, nei, ny, etc...) solos (check out nay solos by mousavi). Lot's of newer songs have great beats for bellydancing but you did not really specify the style you are looking to dance to nor did you get very specific about what you are looking for in a song. The Arab music industry is comprised of millions o artists both classical and modern and in varying styles of middle eastern music so it's extremely difficult to pull out a few songs from millions to suggest. You may want to get some hossam ramzys cds or the bellydance superstars cd's which feature various artists who are popular among dancers.

  5. There are lots of possibilities. It depends upon what type of music you're looking for... classic/traditional, contemporary/in traditional style, or contemporary/current. Are you looking for something Turkish, Greek, Egyptian, Lebanese...??
