Absolutley.....check out Rudy's.   Recently opened in Spring but they have been a around a while.  they have the best brisket on the planet.  make sure you order the moist.  I was so happy when they opened up this location, because the only time we ever were able to eat there was when we went through Austin.  

It's on I-45 North next to Splashtown  (just north of Louetta)
