Good Bike Shop in Winnipeg? Good Beginner Bike?

I want to buy a good all around bike. Good for a bit of trails, good for just getting to and from where I need to go, etc. Just wondering where's a good shop in Winnipeg and what kind of bike I'm looking for. Thanks, as always!

If you mean paved bike trails, I'd suggest a hybrid.  Scott and Raleigh, for example, make some nice models in the $300 to $500 range.

I get all my bikes from Olympia cycle and Ski on Pembina. They have a wide variety of bikes and all sorts of stuff. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.
