Good Birthday Restuarant?

Today is my friends birthday. He goes to UC Irvine for school so i need to know some good restuarants, not too fancy, for this birthday tonight. We're going to surprise him but the only problem is picking the place. Anyone who lives in Irvine, CA, much help is appreciated :)

you should go to dave and busters if everyone is 21.  It's a cool and fun environment to have a birthday at.  It's in the irvine spectrum.  Otherwise you can go to California pizza kitchen, cheesecake factory, or yard house.  All these places are also in  irvine spectrum.

I like going to BJ's they also have a dessert called Pizookie. They'll give him one for free since it's his birthday. It's really good.

Consider any of the restaurants including DAVE & BUSTER'S** (just as what one of the answerers had suggested).  There's also YARD HOUSE**; P.F. CHANGS; CHEESECAKE FACTORY; CORNER BAKERY, and much more, plus movie theatres at the IRVINE SPECTRUM.  **(over 21)
