Good Brand for Above Ground Pools?

Hi I need a relatively small, but cheap above ground pool, and I'm new to pool buying/setup. Here's some criteria to help those who answer:

- Looking for around 18' diameter, round pool.

- Height about 54" or whatever is standard/available.

- My budget is about $1,300 but I'm willing to spend less (hah!)

Well thanks in advance to anyone who answers this. I want this pool to last and also not be too much of a hassle to set up. Additionally it doesn't matter if it is permanent or not.
