I am a Sophomore football player, 6ft 4in, 224lbs and have just started Two-a-days for this year. I was wondering if somebody could help me, and tell what has worked best for them. I am trying to find something that wont hurt my stomach but will also keep me through 6 hours of practice.Thanks in advance
