  1. That's more like a full grown adult female boa's cage. It's HUGE. especially for a ball python! They really prefer smaller, dark, cramped areas (they do after all live in rodent holes). If you get it just make sure you clutter it up so your snake isn't overwhelmed.

Try it out and see. If the snake doesn't take to it, move it into something smaller (20L is about the perfect size tank) and get a boa or a carpet python.

  2. That actually looks excellent for an adult Ball python. It is a tad on the large side so it would be best to make sure that there are plenty of hides, sterilized branches, faux plants, etc in there, but otherwise that is very similar to the cages that I keep my Ball pythons in and they do wonderfully in it.

Anyway; that is my two cents. ;)

I hope this helps, and if you have any further questions at all on the subject; please feel free to message me and I will be more than happy to assist you.

Good luck with your Ball python!

  3. Very nice. Make sure to get a log she can hide inside during the day.

  4. 10 gallon tanks work till they are 3 ft long and then 20 gal tank either tall or long works, if your tank is taller add some branches for exercise.
