I'm 6 foot I weigh 185 pound and feel really unhappy in my size 16 clothes. I used to be a nice size 8 and was on track to be a model but I started work at mcdonalds and now a year on I've put on 3 stone. I would love to lose two of it. Anyone got a great way to help me lose it whilst still at Mcdonalds (where I get a free meal on my break).

  1. Losing that much in two months is typically not healthy. I suggest eating six small meals a day and exercise 3-4 times a week. Also lay off the McFatty food they have some things on their menu that are ok in moderation. Check with your local Ymca and they can help you to acheive your goals.

  2. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

  3. The truth is in 2 months a healthy weight lose would be 1 stone. 2 stone in 2 months would mean the weight would most likely return very quickly. Have the healthy option at Macs. Salad and chicken.

I am attaching a healthy eating plan for you.

There are no excesses of anything in it and its a eating plan that is easily followed all the time.

Using this plan should see you loss about 4 to 6 lbs in week 1 and then about 2lb each week there after. At some point, and we are all different, you will stop lossing weight. This is your body adjusting itself and after about 2 weeks you will start again to loss excess weight. If you are loosing more than 2 a week then you should up your food intake. 2lb is a healthy weight loss and is far more likely to stay off. Remember that one slip up need be only that. If you really want to eat something then do. Never deny yourself to the extent that this is like a punishment.

Remember your 5 a day fruit and veg, and 3 a day whole grain.

Eat plenty of fruit and fresh veg and salad.

Start your day if you can with a bowl of porridge as this is a slow release food, or a banana with a wholemeal roll, no butter or spread needed.

Avoid added sugars and sugary treats as these will cause cravings, use artificial sweeteners in hot drinks, try honey and if you have to drink cola's and stuff make sure they are diet.

    Drink plenty of water.

    Eat lean meat and fish.

Eat Jacket potatoes or new potatoes, skins included as they are a source of fiber, no butter or mayo.

Avoid white bread try seedy wholemeal, really tasty and filling.

Drinking cranberry juice helps to clean you kidneys and flush away toxins.

If you are craving something sweet first have a drink of water and have a portion of dried fruit.

If you eat sensibly you shouldn't need to count calories, its easier to watch you intake of fats.

    Go swimming twice a week.

    Walk briskly twice a week.

If your energetic then do more. but I think 45 mins 4 times a week is about average to speed up the metabolism

  4. I've been losing weight steadily by eating mostly fruits, veggies and fish and doing hypnosis. (http://www.thinkandshrink.com)

I think that you can lose weight at McDonalds if you stick to their salads and also skip the fries and the burgers or any of the sandwiches or fried stuff. Go for the salads, and the fruit cups and don't drink soda. Good luck!

  5. 3500 calories adds up to about 1 lbs...exercise more than your eating in calories and you'll burn up the food and weight you put on. im in the same boat but im eating around 700, i know crazy, but its all healthy and very filling. special k cereal, rice cakes, yogurt, special k bars, FROZEN fruit, oatmeal, gum when i need something sweet, pom wonderful in my water and chicken/fish/turkey is mainly my diet with an hour of exercise as soon as i wake up to kick start my metabolism, i also drink all water

  6. I would recommend to stop eating the free meal, honestly. If that's what has put the weight on, then what you need to do is change what you've done to put yourself in that situation.

Keep a meal that you've brought from home at the store and eat it there. I managed a Domino's for a while, and after about 6 months I had put on 10 pounds.

I had to start walking 4-5 times a week for an hour and bring my meals to work with me to loose the weight, but after about 3 months I had dropped all the weight and I was feeling really good.

  7. l would suggest you visit the weight management page of www.ernestone.co.uk as there are range of weight products and they are guaranteed as long as you follow the instructions.

  8. Get out of McDs.  That food will really ruin your health in the long run.

Start walking a lot and changing your eating habits.  You can exercise, but someone your size it may be hard to lose if  your not eating the right foods.  You definately have to make good healty eating choices like more fruits and veggies, lean meats, reduce red meats, fish--containing omega 3.  Stop eating lots of  bad carbs and hydrogenated / trans fats.  Eat raw nuts instead of roasted.  There is so much out there.  Try going to this website below for some tips.

Maybe get knowledge from a book like "A week in the Zone" by Barry Sears.  I like it.
