Good Eats In Manhattan Area?

Have any suggestions for a good Deli in Manhattan area? Also looking for a "Hot" pizza place and some mouth watering Canolis.

The best deli in NYC is Katz's.   http://www.katzdeli.com/

It is a New York institution, and you may know it if you saw the movie When Harry Met Sally and Meg Ryan gave her famous scene.

For the other stuff, maybe go take a walk in Little Italy.  There are plenty of places with authentic Italian good.

I would avoid the touristy delis and pizza places like Stage Deli or Carnegie Deli.

The best deli in manhattan hands down is Katz deli on the lower east side. They have the most delicious pastrami sandwiches. I dont even like deli meat, and its phenomenal. My husband loves deli style sandwiches and adores this place

As for the pizza, i think the best pizza place is Grimaldes, however its in brooklyn There is another place that is similar in soho called Lombardis Delicious pep pizza..mmmm...

For cannolis ferrara is very popular, but if you walk around little italy and pick a place with the most mouth watering looking cannolis im sure theyll be just as good :)
