Good Food plan so i can loose a little weight and maintane my weight?

I am 15 what do u suggest eating like can u give me ideas for breakfast,lunch and snacks as i am about to go shopping so yeh 10 points for best answer!

  1. Breakfast- Cereal and milk..

    Lunch- If you go to school and have prtions try fruits, and veggies to help you focuse. I always get a salad. You can also maybe try some meat..Not red meat tho.

    Snacks... Fruits and Veggies.. Always try to keep snacks healthy.
