Good Foreign Exchange Student Progams?

I'm going to France next year. I'm trying to convince my parents to get a foreign exchange student in my house (from France). I would LOVE to host one. What program do you think is the best?

Any info on what you need to host them would be appreciated!

I want a French boy for NEXT semester? Is it too late to apply?

It may not be too late, but very few students (especially from countries like France) do half years abroad. It's great that you're interested in hosting.

I'd recommend you point your parents toward this site: http://www.effoundation.org

They can look around, and then if they submit an inquiry under "contact us," someone from the organization will call and explain how it works. Some half-year students will be arriving in January and, like I said, some *may* speak French, but no guarantees! EF's a really great organization, and their students are great!
