Good Guatemalan/Chapin Recipes?

My husband is from guatemala and i'm looking for something to make him for dinner. I know he loves cak-ik, paches & Garnachas.. any good recipes?

i dont really know how to cook this food but im in guatemala right now...and the food here is amazing especially tamales, Mole, ceviche, caldo de mariscos (seafood soup) with a lot of lemon is delicious,chuchitos, rellenitos (dessert type), and a good drink it athol
