Good Guy = Pays taxes (weird I know) and doesn't commit any misdemeanor crimes, only the occasional civil infraction (laws to keep things fair, example = parking ticket) And I think Civil Infraction almost all of us do it some times by accident or some times on purpose.

Oregon is a state in United States.

He is from Mexico - Tecante where they make the beer.

He came here I think I don't all the fact either:

from the border, with permit and it expired and he stayed, or some other way without the process/documentation.

He works hard for his family and takes care of them.

He works unsafe jobs (the ones we[at least me] prefer not to do)

I did some research and many path, but no pot of gold at the end of the Rainbow lanes.

Very humble and the occasion funny remarks, but not to make you fell bad so they can be superior, but the ones so YOU can have a nice time.

The family is very involved in volunteering and get along well with all people, from thier kids to the parents.

Need your help guys, please don't let me down.

  1. He's an illegal- - - he broke the law.

He was speeding or whatever--got caught---he broke the law again..

doesn't matter how "good" a man is - - a good guy doesn't break laws by the way....  he's an Illegal and should be sent AT HIS OWN EXPENSE back to Mexico.... sorry no sympathy from me for anyone who breaks the laws by sneaking into this country or over-staying their visa permits or whatever... if they don't belong here, they don't belong here PERIOD....

  2. I couldnt find a question in your question

  3. Speeding is one of the few traffic laws a person can be arrested for.  The bigger, federal issue, of staying in the country after his permit expired is why he will continued to be detained and possibly deported.  Although he may be a good guy, he still broke a major federal law by staying.  Laws aren't based on whether or not a person is a good or bad person.  The law doesn't care if you've taken care of your family, pay taxes or work hard.  If the law says you can't do something, then you can't do it, and if you do, then you have to suffer the consequences.  That's the only way the law can be fair for everyone.

  4. Sorry, they are being pretty hard on illegal immigrants right now.

He was stopped for speeding and they found out that he was in this country illegally.  There really isn't much that can be done if he is illegal.

  5. we... he did break the law for speeding. everyone who gets caught should pay for it

did he go to jail for being an illegal? or for speeding?

  6. Well, lets see.

He is an illegal immigrant.  There have been a number of amnesty programs to allow him to become legal.  He didn't do that.  I can't guess as to why he didn't, but he didn't.  He also didn't keep up his paperwork.  Again, I don't know why, but that is going to be a problem for him.

He was caught for speeding, and was found probably without a license or insurance, as these now require a valid social security number.  That is a total of four infractions.  Your good guy is in serious trouble.

The facts that he is a hard worker, does jobs no one else wants, takes care of his family, and whatever won't help him much at this point.

What he needs is a good lawyer who is skilled in avoiding deportation.
