Good Italy homestay gap year program?

Question

I will have graduated, I want to stay with a family and do community service part time and work part time. I need a program to help me organize this. It can't be too expensive and they have to take eighteen year olds/high school graduates. and I don't want to be in school while I am there although language school is good.
