Good Keeper trade?

Is this a good trade? My backup OF is Chris Young/Hermida, and my backup MI is Renteria/Crosby

I give Crawford, Tulo

I get Webb, Soria, Morrow. I am also trying to push to win the championship this year. My other young talent w/o these guys are Miggy, Sizemore, Markakis, Hamels, Haren, Zimmerman, Lackey, and Joba, those are the youngest. Good move?

I would not do it.  Crawford is stud and will be for the years to come.  Also webb is just having a good year he will not be this good next year.
