Anyone know any good Tae Kwon Do or Karate schools that are located in San Diego ?

A buddy of mine took a couple of lessons a few years back at the Sanchez Taekwondo Academy in sd. I did a little research and it was founded by master Jerry Sanchez. He is a fifth degree black belt who is certified by the World Taekwondo Foundation. Here is their site:
