Good Martial Arts place in White Rock, BC?

Or surrey, or Ocean Park. Just not in North Surrey or Whalley, because I don't want to bus there. I know there are self defence classes in the south surrey rec centre, but are there any good places to go? My dad went to one in ocean park that said they'd give you a trial lesson.
