Good Mascara brands???!!!!

Okay i want one that doesnt clump and is water proof and is not to expensive and is black! And if it makes any difference i have blue eyes! Thanks!

All makeup artists agree that Maybelline is the best. Cheapest, longest lasting and most effective.  No need to spend more on these. For your blue eyes , try the electric blue mascara by Maybelline.  Really effective when you put your eyes down.

Cover Girl Lash Exact Mascara. It's in a purple tube. Great mascara, not clumpy at all! And its what I use!

Cover Girl LashBlast, works really good, the brush is huge so it gets all of the little eyelashes. If you like to put mascara on your bottom eyelashes use, Rimmel London Eye Magnifyer, the little brush gets even the tinnest lashes.

If your looking for a amazing mascara, use Volume Express by Maybelline, works ah-mazing! The only downside is that the brush only lasts a week or two.

and lastly if you want mind blowingly fake looking eyelashes use,

Cils Booster Mascara Enhancing Base first, Then Clis Booster XL, all from Lacome, expensive, but omg lashes!

oh yeah! and to grow your lashes longer, fuller, and thicker, use FNS Nutri Lash, lash and brow enhancer, if applied daily makes lashes thicker, longer, and fuller!

but beware, some side affects of certain lash growing products contain a chemical that can change the eye color.

The more money you'll be willing to spend, the better brands.

Also, brown mascara is good for blue eyes

either Elizabeth Arden Ceramide Lash Extending Treatment Mascara, Lancome Definicils High Definition Mascara, or one of my favorites (hardly any clumping- EVER) Cover Girl Lash Exact Mascara!  the first two were top end brands that come in waterproof and the Cover Girl one also comes in waterproof-- they look really well with blue eyes (and i have blue eyes and use them all the time)

covergirl lash blast. it is in an orange bottle. it doesnt clump and comes in waterproof and non waterproof. it is about 8 dollars and works really well. hope that helped!

i luvv maybelline great lash. it hasn't clumped on me ever. from your description, i would recommend great lash blackest black waterproof. can be found at any walgreens, kerr drug, or walmart.
