Good Microphone for live speaker?

I need to buy microphones for two people speaking at a conference. It's just a boring hotel conference, I don't need anything fantastic or made for music, just a nice microphone that would work for a panel of people speaking.

You don't need to spend too much to get a pretty good mic.  If you are connecting the mics to a PA system or recorder with XLR (three pin) inputs, two of these will work:

Do Not Buy Microphones.

In most larger cities, There are audio/visual rental houses that you get two microphones with cables for about $25 to use for a couple of days.

Most Hotels with conference/banquet rooms offer microphone rental/use.
