Good People! anyone ever been to a county court in the UK for a traffic offence? what is the procedure like?

I mean when do i get to plead guilty? when do i get to apologize and when to i get to get to ask for leniency? or do i have to say everything i want to say all in one go? I will be extremely grateful for any useful answers.

  1. Well its a lot of red tape. First they will ask you for your name and address you confirm it. Next the prosecutor will read out the charges then you will enter your plea of guilty or not guilty. If guilty it will be dealt with if not guilty it will be put off  to another date. Yes you get you time to grovel if you plead guilty They will ask you if you have anything to say.


  2. Get a solicitor / lawyer, They can save a lot of problems, it also depends upon what the offence is.
