Good Place to sell stuff?

Question

I have books, bags, dvds, cds and a LOT of random stuff. I want to know if there is a shop or something that i can sell this stuff for cash. Regarding websites, if I were to sell on a website, I'd rather minimal fees and I don't want to give out lots of info. Thanks!
