I'm doing a science project. I know that I'm going to be testing desks but what other surfaces would be good places to test?

  1. When I did a similar project, I tested the inside of a recently used microwave.  I got plenty of bacterial growth within the week in my perti dish. :)

Avoid areas that everyone already knows about.  Try areas that everyone thinks is clean.  Like comparing a private toilet (usually pretty clean) to a car dash board (actually really dirty).

Computer keyboards are good.  Drinking fountains, inside of cups or glasses.  Somebody's eye glasses.  Blackboard or whiteboard.

  2. Any surface that is frequently touched like door k***s, sink handles, classroom materials and the  b a t h r o o m.
