Good Portable Air Condition Unit?

Question

Can anyone make recommendations for good portable AC units that dont require them to be installed in a well (e.g., truly portable)?

My AC in the house is terrible and doesnt get the upstairs cold.

Homedepot has Lg brand portable ac units which is a good brand name. I think it and comes with 5 year warranty. My LG window has 5 year warranty.   Most only come with 1 year warranty.  Check it out with the link below.

Get on Google: swamp coolers;

This is no joke.  I just learned about them.  They are more economical than room air conditioners.   and some of them are mounted on raised legs so they can be moved while in operation and are laying out the cold at about 42 inches above the floor.

I have seen them from about 135.00 and up but I was looking at the ones that do about 100-200 sq ft.

I heard about them from a friend in Mariposa County California where it hit 105 degrees two weeks ago and he says Well I gotta get out the swamp cooler and out comes one of these.
