Good Shopping in the Watertown/ Syracuse Area?

I am going to shopping in the watertown/ syracuse area at the end of august, i am looking for a good outlet centre in this area. Some Brands I will be looking for are MAC cosmtics, Holister, American Eagle, Abercrombie & Fitch, etc. If you could please describe the area and leave a name or a website link that would be great, THank you., :)

Carousel Mall. Right on onondaga lake,  Its in carousel center, its pretty big and it has all of those brands except maybe the cosmetic one

yes exactly with everyone else, the carousel center. and i think that they sell mac makeup at the macys there. and they also just opened up a new, huge american eagles store, along with a brand new victoria secret PINK store. hope this helps.
