Its my first year doing cross country for my Jr. High. We all stretch before we run and my legs and arms feel fine but i get horrible cramps in my lower stomach area and it causes me to have to stop. Other than that i could do very well in this sport. My coach doesn't do any stomach stretches but he lets us do personal stretch at the end and i don't know how to stretch out my stomach area so could you guys give me some good stretches i could use? I would like a couple of stretches and detail please. Thank you, Hannah
