  1. The first series I have to recommend is the Kitty the werewolf series by Carrie Vaughn. Love, love love it! The Greywalker series is good. I think Wuthering High might be good for your age too. Midnighters, definitely. Night Huntress series. Ghost Dusters Mysteries, The Dresden Files, and of course Maximum Ride I recommend to everyone just cause it's so awesome!

    Supernaturlist by Eoin Colfer

    Peeps by Scott Westerfeld

    Uglies by Scott Westerfeld

    Midnighters by Scott Westerfeld

The Lord of the Rings by J.R.R. Tolkien

    The Shining by Stephen King

    The Stand by Stephen King

Four Past Midnight (The Langoliers) by Stephen King

    Misery by Stephen King

    The Host by Stpehenie Meyer

    Obsessed by Ted Dekker

House by Ted Dekker and Frank Peretti

    Monster by Frank Peretti

    Enjoy!

  3. I don't know how you feel about Stephen King books. But a lot of people like them. The lady that came in 2nd place on

"America's Psychic Challenge"Jackie Barrett (Lifetime channel)

    she has some books out

She calls herself the white serpent, I guess voodoo lady

"The Salem Witchcraft Trials of 1692" I was told was a good book

you probably can on line for your library and just type in what you are interested in and everything on that subject will pop up

  4. I LOVED the "Charmed" Series. I also watched the show, but it is no longer on the air. Got canceled after 8 years, a couple years ago.

It's about these three newly-found witches. They are in their twenties and live separate lives, but then one of the sister's goes into the attic of their Manor and finds a book and reads an incantation to deliver them their powers once they are all three together in the Manor again.

They then have to battle not only demons and warlocks, but having to deal with keeping their powers a secret and being able to keep their jobs to pay for their nromal-life (food, mortgage, gas) and witch-life (potion contents, new things lost in battle (aka furniture, clothes, etc.)) expenses. It's all the reality of a normal family, with the excitement of their powers.

Prue, the oldest, has the power of telekinesis. She can move objects with her mind.

Piper, the middle child, has the power of blow things up and to freeze things.

Phoebe, the youngest, has the power of premonition.

They're also VERY exciting episodes. I have the complete set of all of the seasons because I loved it so much. It got me through my teen years. It's funny, romantic, exciting, and always keeps you surprised.

    I HIGHLY reccomend "Charmed."

    :)

  5. -Dracula: this is the original vampire story, so check it out

-The Historian: this book combines a modern storyline with a story of vampires through the ages.  It's very engrossing

-And Then There Were None: this is an Agatha Christie mystery novel.  Christie's mystery novels are pretty much the most brilliant ones ever written, and this one is superb.  It's the story of a bunch of different people brought to an island by a mysterious man.  One by one the visitors are killed, and each one starts to suspect the other...

-Carrie: a misfit teenager unleashes her psychic abilities on the entire town

-Down a Dark Hall: Kit is sent to an exclusive boarding school but then realizes that there are only 4 students there.  What are they really there for?

-The Snowman: an R.L. Stein teen thriller, this story follows Heather, a young girl living with her domineering uncle.  She meets a guy named Bill who seems to be everything she ever wanted, but somehow, he winds up changing Heather's life in a different way.
