Good TV/phone/broadband packages (UK)?

Question

I am currently being ripped off by Virgin Media for a TV/phone/broadband package, and need to swap to another company urgently! I don't want anything fancy, and it doesn't even need to be fast broadband - just as cheap and hassle free as poss!

Talk talk works really good for me (and it's very cheap)

They have many different packages according to your needs, I think they start from £13.75 a month (broadband and unlimited calls to UK local and national landline numbers)
